The framework will allow trusts to procure from a selection of suppliers who offer a suite of products and services that will provide better efficiency and enhanced patient care.
Cayder's Patient Flow Manager (PFM) has been awarded a place on the new four-year Clinical and Digital Information Systems Framework Agreement (CDIS), launched by NHS London Procurement Partnership (LPP), which went live on 8th December 2016 and supports the Government's Personalised Health and Care 2020 strategy.

Cayder has been awarded a place in lot 4.6 Patient Workflow and Tracking, providing Patient Flow Management (PFM) solutions. Cayder's PFM makes visible key factors linked to patient flow. It is designed to be used by healthcare professionals and service providers for patient status tracking, bed management and discharge planning. It can be accessed anywhere, on any device, in real-time and is currently in use across primary, secondary, mental health and social care settings.

LPP's CDIS framework, which has a potential value of up to £1.3bn, has been developed at the request of the London NHS Chief Information Officers' Council and the consortia of 38 NHS trusts which built the first Clinical Information Systems Framework in conjunction with LPP in 2013.

LPP has established this framework of suitably experienced, capable, qualified and resourced suppliers, for use by NHS providers, clinical commissioning groups, GP federations and other health and social care providers within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, as well as local authorities and other third sector organisations.

The framework will allow trusts to procure from a selection of suppliers who offer a suite of products and services that will provide better efficiency and enhanced patient care.

Stuart Rankin, Managing Director of Cayder said: "As an SME we are delighted to be accepted onto this framework, and for the recognition that whilst a small company our product is making a big difference. With a customer base across the UK, Cayder PFM is delivering benefits to all departments, saving time, money and improving safety".
